On Saturday, September 22nd, 2007, Dr. DJ Flesher competed in the Redman Triathlon at Lake Hefner. www.redmantriathlon.com
The half ironman consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride and a 13.1 mile run. Dr. Flesher came in second place in his age group.
